Symptoms of perfectionism include procrastination, control, people-pleasing, unrealistic expectations, conflict avoidance, feeling stuck, imposter syndrome, all-or-nothing thinking, anxiety, comparison, and stress.
Good News: you don’t have to live this way. You can choose a better way to live–and OPA give you the tools to make that choice and follow through with it.

What is OPA?
OPA is my signature program designed to help you identify your perfectionism patterns and cultivate the skills to work through those patterns. This six-week group program is curated to take each person through the three steps of evolution: Awareness, Perspective, and Action. These three steps involve identifying the perfection patterns that are holding you back, learning the mindset tools you need to shift out of your perfection, and then creating an environment to lead with imperfection.
Weeks 1-2 are dedicated to awareness and identification of the patterns, weeks 3-4 are all about mindset and cultivating self-compassion, and weeks 5-6 are all about action and creating action plans to be free of perfectionism. Below is more information on the content and curriculum delivered throughout the six weeks.
Weeks 1 & 2: Awareness
For real change to occur, we must start at the root of perfectionism. We begin by identifying our perfectionism thoughts and then our perfectionism patterns. Participants learn about the two types of perfectionism: slow and fast. You will do an in-depth analysis of the role perfectionism plays in each area of your life. This awareness gives you choice – the choice to make a change and choose a better way to live.
Weeks 3 & 4: Perspective
These two weeks are dedicated to mindset shifts, tools, and cultivating self-compassion. Each participant will take a values assessment to better understand themselves and what drives them, and then you identify the opportunity gaps for how well you are currently living your values. Following the values assessment, you spend the next week focused on self-compassion. Tangible tools are taught to shift you from a mindset of perfection to a mindset of compassion.
Weeks 5 & 6: Action
The final two weeks are focused on taking massive imperfect action to course correct and heal the perfectionism patterns identified in weeks 1-2. Each participant will complete multiple action plans and start acting on those plans. We conclude the six weeks by creating your vision for beyond the program and a plan to maintain your progress.

I bring my perfectionism training and concepts to life in a fun and relatable way, empowering teams and companies to transform the way they work, produce, and relate. I’m a change agent transforming organizations, groups, and individuals, and an iPEC-certified executive coach, trainer, award-winning speaker, and author. Featured in The New York Times, I’m the author of the book, Addicted to Perfect, detailing her 10-year struggle with Adderall and perfectionism. My experience includes more than a decade working in marketing and business development for a variety of industries and professional service organizations. I combine my personal experience, professional education and training, and my specialized healing techniques together to create a unique coaching system – one that gets to the root of the issue to bring about lasting and real change. I love traveling, Fleetwood Mac, morning walks, and live in Central Kentucky with my fiancé, son and dog.

You will be amazed at how much you grow in just six weeks – get ready!
Quarterly live calls will be scheduled for all participants of OPA. The calls will be a hybrid of content taught by Vitale and plenty of Q&A time to answer anything on your mind!
